All orders over $99 receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING anywhere in the US Lower 48 States*. Shipping method is usually UPS Ground service, but may occasionally be another carrier.
*Alaska and Hawaii Orders
We want our Alaskan and Hawaiian customers to feel like there business is appreciated. Unfortunately, shipments to these states carry higher shipping costs, so our Free Standard Shipping Offer does not apply to shipments to these states. However, we do minimize these shipping costs for our customers by deducting what we would normally incur when shipping to the US West Coast. Alaska and Hawaii customers should proceed through the checkout process as normal; we will contact you via email with the final shipping costs and will only proceed after your approval.
*International Orders
Our Free Standard Shipping Offer does not apply to international orders. Persons interested in planning orders for international shipments should contact us prior to order placement. All international orders are reviewed on a case by case bases.
Return Policy
SportOptics.com wants our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for any reason within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund, (less all shipping charges incurred by us during the initial shipment). All items must be returned in new condition in the original box, with all of the original packaging and product information. SportOptics.com reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee or refuse a refund/exchange on any sale for items that have any indication of use, or which are returned without all product or packaging information.
If you have your product for over 30 days and become aware of a manufactures defect, please refer to the manufactures warranty statement and contact the manufacturer directly. If you have any problems with the manufacturer or need any assistance contacting them we will be glad to help you.

Specific Conditions & Notices
Rifle Scope Return Policy
Rifle scopes may be returned within 30 days so long as they have not been mounted, (placing the scope in rings or attaching to a weapon constitutes mounting). Once mounted a rifle scope is considered used and used products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return. Please be sure that this is the scope you want prior to mounting. If the scope is suspected of being defective after mounting or after 30 days it must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Return Package Insurance
Return orders should be insured for the full retail amount by the retuning customer. SportOptics.com assumes no responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipment, therefore we highly recommend that you insure your return with the carrier.
Canceled Orders
Customers may cancel an order at anytime. Orders canceled prior to shipping will incur no cost to the customer, however, orders canceled after shipping will involve costs to the customer. Specifically the costs to accommodate the cancelation are: 1. The actual cost paid by us to initially ship the order to you, incurred even if the item was part of a Free Shipping promotion. 2. The $11 per package Intercept/Return to Sender fee UPS charges us to recall the shipment. 3. The cost UPS charges to ship the packages(s) back to our facility. Please understand UPS will be charging us these costs/fees to accommodate your cancellation, they are not fees charged by our firm and they are unavoidable.
Delivery Address Corrections or Changes
If we make a clerical error when setting up your order we will pay the costs to correct it. If the wrong address is provided to us or if you need to change the delivery address we can work with UPS to correct it, however, this will incur costs to the customer. Specifically the costs to accommodate the address correction/change are: 1. The UPS $11.00 per package Address Update Fee. 2. The new cost of shipping from the intercepting hub to the new delivery address. Please understand UPS will be charging us these costs/fees to accommodate your change, they are not fees charged by our firm and they are unavoidable.
Refusal of Order Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempt
Refusal of order delivery and failed delivery attempts are considered a return by our company. There is no restocking fee for these situations; however, the customer is responsible for the cost of the initial shipment and the cost of the return shipment. These costs will be deducted from the return refund.
