Return Policy

SportOptics.com wants our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for any reason within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund, (less all shipping charges). If you have your product for over 30 days and become aware of a manufactures defect, please refer to the manufactures warranty statement and contact the manufacturer directly. If you have any problems with the manufacturer or need any assistance contacting them we will be glad to help you.

Rifle Scope Return Policy: Rifle scopes may be returned within 30 days so long as they have not been mounted, (placing the scope in rings or attaching to a weapon constitutes mounting). Once mounted a rifle scope is considered used and used products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return. Please be sure that this is the scope you want prior to mounting. If the scope is suspected of being defective after mounting or after 30 days it must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.

Please ship packages using UPS ground service. For your protection all items must be insured with return carrier for full product value. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return.

Specific Conditions & Notices
All items must be returned in new condition in the original box, with all of the original packaging and product information. Sport Optics reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee or refuse a refund/exchange on any sale for items that have any indication of use, or which are returned without all product or packaging information.
