If you own a Swarovski EL or SLC binocular you should really consider owing a set of winged eye shields. While these optional eye cups don’t change the optical qualities of the binocular it can dramatically enhance the brightness of the view, especially in low light. This is accomplished by blocking the stray light that enters for the side of the eyepiece and thus forcing your eye to receive all of its light from the binocular. This Swarovski accessory is easily outfitted to your binoculars by unscrewing this standard eyecup and replacing with these. If you want to change back it’s no problem you just reverse the steps.
Sorry but this is not an accessory that works very well for folks that wear eyeglasses while using their binoculars.
