1. Program Overview
The Sport Optics Precision Points Program is designed to reward our loyal customers for their continued support. Members of the program earn Precision Points through eligible transactions and can redeem them for exclusive discounts. 2. Eligibility
To participate in the Precision Points Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a registered Sport Optics online account.
• Agree to comply with this Reward Points Policy and the Sport Optics Terms of Service.

3. Earning Precision Points
Members can earn Precision Points through the following actions:

Purchase Transactions: Earn points based on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes and shipping fees. The points earned per dollar spent may vary and will be specified for each product or promotion.
Special Promotions: Occasionally, we may offer additional opportunities to earn bonus points through promotions and engagement activities.

4. Redeeming Precision Points
Members can redeem Precision Points for a variety of rewards, such as discounts, free products, and exclusive offers. The specific rewards and the required number of points for redemption will be communicated through the Precision Points Program portal.

5. Refunded/Canceled Orders
In the event of a cancellation or refund for an order, the following policy applies to Precision Points:

• Precision Points earned from the canceled or refunded order will be deducted from the member’s account.
• If Precision Points earned from a canceled or refunded order have already been redeemed before the cancellation/refund, the member is responsible for covering the difference in the purchase balance with a monetary payment equivalent to the redeemed points' value.

6. Precision Points Expiration
Precision Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned. We will send an email to the email address associated with the customer account to provide a reminder before points expire.

7. Points Sharing and Transfer
Precision Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared or combined with other members' accounts. Each member's points are for their individual use only.

8. Program Changes and Termination
Sport Optics reserves the right to make changes to the Precision Points Program, including points earning and redemption rates, rewards, and the duration of the program, without prior notice. We may also terminate the program at our discretion.

9. Privacy and Data Usage
Sport Optics will collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Precision Points Program, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data for program-related activities.

10. Redemption Restrictions
Rewards Points have specific limitations regarding their usage:

There will be no cash substitute for Rewards Points, and Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Rewards Points can only be used for the purchase of physical items. This means Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for any services, extended warranty programs, Gift Cards, and/or Merchandise certificates. Please note that these restrictions are in place to maintain the integrity of the Sport Optics Precision Points Program and to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all members.
