Curtis - General Manager

Curtis joined the Sport Optics family in 2014 and took the helm as General Manager in early 2023. He takes great pride in leading an amazing team of talented and passionate individuals working together to provide high-quality products and old-school customer service in an industry he genuinely loves. Away from the office he enjoys traveling, woodworking, shooting, and generally anything that involves being out in nature or hanging out with his two sons.

Jayse - Senior Sales Rep

Jayse has been with us at Sport Optics since 2018 and we were incredibly proud to have him represent Sport Optics at Gap Grind in 2021. His favorite thing about working for Sport Optics is working in an industry he is passionate about while surrounded by amazing coworkers. His hobbies include kayaking, biking, playing video games, working out, and of course - shooting guns. We don't just sell you products, we live the lifestyle.

Sean - Senior Sales Rep

Sean has worked with us at Sport Optics since 2017 and is truly enthusiastic about the products we carry and that's what sets us above the rest. He says his favorite thing about working for Sport Optics is spending time and talking with like-minded people that share his love for firearms. His hobbies include shooting guns and shooting the bull.

Deal Man - Definitely not Sean

Started making an appearance in our office in 2023 and only shows up on Fridays to give you deep discounts. He looks a lot like our Sale Rep, Sean, but is NOT him..

Tori - Customer Service Manager

Tori has worked with us since 2014 and is our Customer Service Manager as well as the Accounting Assistant. She has a genuine passion for customer satisfaction and oversees a team dedicated to delivering unparalleled assistance with the utmost professionalism. Her favorite thing about working for Sport Optics is that she has a high degree of control and freedom within her job. She loves that our company is always changing — always evolving. In her free time, she finds joy in spending time with her family, exploring the great outdoors through camping and hiking adventures, and sharing the fruits of her labor from her family farm at local farmers markets. 

Angel - Warehouse Supervisor

Angel keeps things running smoothly by handling daily warehouse operations, shipping, and customer service. Her favorite thing about working at Sport Optics is that it's her "happy place." The role perfectly matches her outgoing personality, allowing her to be herself while working alongside fellow outdoor and optics enthusiasts. Known for bringing energy, color, and positivity to the workplace, she's often the one keeping everyone smiling. Angel is always eager to be hands-on, take on new challenges, and continue growing within the company. 

Outside of work, Angel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two boys. A proud sports mom and active PTO volunteer, she loves supporting her family and community. In her free time, you'll usually find her shopping, spending time with her beloved French Bulldog, Roux, or planning her next creative project.

Lauren - Customer Service Specialist

Known for her positive attitude and dedication to helping others, Lauren is always willing to go the extra mile for both customers and her team. Whether she's delivering outstanding customer service or carefully packing each order to ensure it arrives just right, she takes pride in everything she does. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to take on any challenge make her a valued member of the team. Her favorite part about working at Sport Optics are the values that are here that align with what she believes in as well as the community that is here. Being able to help each other to achieve a common goal and make all our customers have the most positive experience. Lauren believes that the little things are what make life meaningful. Success isn't just about reaching a goal, it's about building a life that's filled with purpose, laughter, creativity, and meaningful connections along the way.

Lauren - Web Team Supervisor / Birding Enthusiast

Lauren has been with us since 2017 and has advanced to be the head of the Web Team. She creates, describes, and presents products while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and updated website interface. She states her favorite thing about working here is the sense of belonging and being an integral part of the company. Her hobbies include playing video games and of course birdwatching.

Michael - Digital Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, Michael leads the creative direction and digital marketing efforts at Sport Optics. From product launches and email campaigns to social media, video content, and brand strategy, he works to connect hunters, shooters, and outdoor enthusiasts with the gear they can trust in the field. He enjoys combining creativity with analytics to build campaigns that not only look great but also deliver results.

Outside the office, Michael is passionate about wildlife photography, running, and travel. He is also the co-owner of Undugu Safaris, a safari company in Tanzania, where he combines his love for conservation, storytelling, and adventure.

Tony - Videographer

Tony is our skilled videographer and lead editor who joined us in late 2023 and swiftly became an integral part of our team. With a passion for visual storytelling, he enhances our brand through creative video content. Tony's commitment to excellence is evident in every project he takes on, with exciting contributions to come. He says his favorite thing about working here is the amazing staff always looking to celebrate each other and having a new video studio to create in. Tony loves to play drums in his free time and show his kids off.

Michael - Photographer

Mike has been a foundational member of our team since 2007. His extensive tenure and contributions have been instrumental to the company as the in-house photographer, and now with the recent addition of his role as editor. He loves the challenge of capturing the best images of beautifully designed optics and helping customers visualize their wants and needs. In his free time, he enjoys game nights with his children and spending time with his dogs.

Jeannine - Affiliate Coordinator

Jeannine joined the Sport Optics marketing team in 2022, within this past year she set up the affiliate program. She organizes the Test & Evaluations of optics through her affiliates. She enjoys managing creative marketing design projects, as well as being able to use what she learns about the industry in her design work. Her hobbies include proudly running her personal charity organization, 5K Purple Run, LLC. Which focuses on advocating to end domestic violence in Hammond, LA by hosting an annual 5K run. Jeannine is a member of TPW, Tangipahoa Professional Women’s Organization, where she helps to support their mission of empowering women, personally and professionally. Physical fitness is important to Jeannine, and she has been a member of Battle Rattle Cross Fit for the past 2 years. Her most recent hobby is USPSA Competition Shooting, she completed her first match this summer and is excited to continue to learn all about the sport. When Jeannine isn’t empowering women or cross-fitting, you can find her in her backyard with her potbelly pig and chickens!
