The Leupold MX-6HD 8-48x60 Spotting Scope with FFP PR-2 Reticle is built for shooters and spotters who need detailed long-range observation combined with a reticle-based viewing system. Its Professional-Grade Optical System provides the low-light resolution, glare management, and edge-to-edge image clarity needed to positively identify targets at distance.This version incorporates Leupold's first focal plane PR-2 reticle with .25 MIL markings, giving the spotter a riflescope-inspired reference system within the spotting scope. Leupold developed the MX-6HD's reticle options specifically to support more seamless communication between the person behind the spotting scope and the shooter behind the rifle. Its removable Picatinny and M-LOK rails allow additional equipment to be integrated directly with the spotting platform, including rangefinders, red dots, lasers, thermal devices, and night-vision systems. Dual Arca-Swiss mounting surfaces simplify tripod installation, while a magnesium housing provides rugged durability in a compact, packable format.
