Lenses are coated with MeoBright 5501, a proprietary coating, to help eliminate glare and reflections while delivering an industry-leading 99.8% light transmission. MeoShield ion-assisted coating ensures the lens surfaces are protected from scratches and other abrasions. The Meopta MeoStar B1 8x32 is filled with nitrogen and sealed to guarantee it is 100% water and fog proof. The aircraft grade aluminum chassis and rubber armor offer protection from rough conditions in the field. The central focus and diopter control smoothly, and accurately focuses with no backlash.
